All of our cakes are home-baked and we devote a lot of time to ensuring each one is perfect. Therefore, we advise you to place your cake order at least two weeks in advance of your occasion as we book-up quickly.

How To Order

Please call to place your order, or to schedule an in-studio consult. As all custom orders require time to create, we recommend that you contact us as far in advance as possible.Most orders can be filled with a minimum 2-week advance booking. Orders are considered confirmed when we have received a 50% deposit or full payment, depending on the request.

Portions and Pricing

As all our work is hand crafted, we price quotes based on cake size, which is determined by the number of portions, design complexity and level of detail.

Consultation

We offer personal consultations and tastings at our Lexington Center studio for couples planning their wedding celebration. During your consultation you will meet the team, see many beautiful displays and discuss together your ideas for the design of your unique cake. Together we will arrive at the best option to fulfill your vision. Keep in mind that the more elaborate your design the longer lead time will be required to create it as all work is crafted by hand.

A $25 non-refundable consultation fee is due prior to your appointment. Once you finalize your order, we will apply the fee to the cost of your order.

Our consultations are hosted on Mondays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., on weekdays after 5 p.m. and on select Sundays. Please indicate your preferred dates/availability when you contact us.

Allergens

For specific allergen questions please feel free to call us, but know that all our cakes contain wheat flour (gluten), eggs and milk, and may contain soy. All our products are made in a kitchen that does not handle nuts.

Our gluten-free options are made with gluten-free ingredients, they may, however, contain traces of gluten as they are made in a kitchen handling wheat.

We rent cake stands!

As a service, we offer pedestal stands for single- or multi-tiered cakes and 7-tier stands for cupcake towers. There is a $50 rental fee. There is also a security deposit, beginning at $100, depending on the type of stand; the deposit is refunded provided the stand is returned within 3 working days of the rental and is returned in the same condition as when picked up.

Pickup and Delivery Options

Delivery and set up of a wedding cake, large, or tiered cake within Lexington is free of charge, as a courtesy to our customers.

Delivery and set up of a wedding cake, large or tiered cake, as well as delivery of cakes that do not require set up, outside of Lexington, will be quoted individually depending on distance.

Customers are welcomed to pick-up their orders from our Lexington studio. All orders will be packaged for safe transporting. We can accept no responsibility for products once they have left our studio.

Payment

We require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your order. For smaller cakes the remainder is due at pick-up; for larger cakes and wedding cakes the balance is due one week prior to pick-up/delivery. Changes to previously agreed upon designs may incur additional costs; all changes must be made one week prior to delivery/pick-up date. Orders placed 5 days in advance of the delivery date must be paid in full upon confirmation of your order. We accept cash, credit cards, personal checks and bank transfers.
