This has led to real legislative progress and launched the “Does your school break the law?” campaign in 2008 to ensure that members receive their legal rights to pay, workload and working time and taking action across the Union where schools refuse to comply.50 The contrast between the NASUWT`s optimism about the advancement of working conditions in the profession could hardly be more evident than with the NUT`s vision on the same subject.
